The Green Bar Of The Google Keyword Tool Replaced With New Indicators

In a fresh update, the bar has given way to text label of either "High," "Medium," or "Low", in the competition column of the results. Earlier, the webmasters judged the competitiveness of a keyword with the "Greenness" of the bar, the more green in the bar, the more competitive the term. Here is the how the table looks now: The level of competitiveness is now depicted with text, and visually it does look different, but the granularity as to how this ranking was assigned has been left unchanged by Google. Webmasters still have to download a report to know the exact number that lead up to the competitiveness being high low or medium. The downloaded report shows the metric of competition based on a 0.0 scale to 1.0 scale in digits. This allows for very specific reporting.
